Excellent support and follow up from Matt Wood (Ventair Product Support Co-Ordinator). The fascia panel for my ensuite light/extraction unit needed to be replaced and I contacted Ventair to purchase the part from a stockist. Matt requested my name and address and informed me he would despatch the part, which arrived 2 days later. I was further overawed by the unit being supplied as warranty. I could not fault recommending Ventair highly enough for the helpful service and response.

Unbelievable support and follow up from Matt (Ventair Product Support Co-Ordinator). A replacement centre globe for my bathroom light/extraction unit was longer than standard and a lighting shop in Adelaide sold me a Ventair globe. When I tried to source another one, I could no longer find any stockists. After contacting Ventair to see if I could purchase some directly from them, Matt constantly replied to my emails. All I was after was how and where to buy another globe, but Matt sent me one free of charge, despite me offering to buy the globe and pay for postage. Outstanding service and highly recommend to deal with.

I wanted to commend the support given from Matt Wood (product support coordinator) from Ventair on his after sales support. I needed 3 new clips for my bathroom exhaust fan and Matt sent me free of charge 2 sets if clips and 3 new screws just in case. They were both suitable and I was able to reinstall the existing fan. Thanks guys for your excellent service (24/11/23).

Matt was extremely helpful with our fans which had noisy motors. They were under warranty but as they were fitted by our builders contractor we had no receipts for proof of purchase. We provided serial numbers and Matt kindly sent 3 replacement fan motors which he not only provided under warranty but also would not accept payment for freight. This great service is very rare these days and we thank Matt from Ventair.
